| I was born on October the 2nd in Chisinau, the capital of Moldova. My mother
is a mixture of a Belarusian and Ukrainian, and my
father is a Moldovan.
At 13 years of age I went to a
local Modeling School called “Fast Fashion” where I
studied the art of Modeling for almost 1 year. After I
finished with a diploma of a professional runway
model I started attending different castings and
finally began working in different shows.
My first show was a huge concert in
open air within the center of Chisinau, with 30.000
people surrounding the stage. It was an amazing
experience for me.
Since that day I have worked for
almost all Moldovan designers. I also made a couple of
commercials for local television, like the face
of Italian clothing line “Stillissimo” in Chisinau.
I have worked in every Romanian
Fashion Week since the age of 14 for designers like
Catalin Botezatu, Doina
Levintsa, Irina Shrotter etc.
Moscow Fashion Week was
quite an experience too, because all Russian designers
would like to have very tall models for their show, so I
was glorified to be chosen to receive most of the major
shows, due to my height of 6’ 0”.
Hosting was another branch
in my activity as a model because I like entertainment
projects. I worked as a presenter for concerts like
“10
years of Lukoil in Chisinau”, or TV Shows like
”Telebingo Show”, etc.
Beauty contests were an
important part of my life too. First it was “Top
Model Moldova” where I became a finalist and
won a contract with the Romania Model Agency in
Bucharest MRA, which gave me the opportunity to work in
many Romanian shows for years after.
After that I participated in
“Miss Chisinau” and became second runner up. As
secondary titles I was named “Miss Fashion”
and ”Miss
Grace”.
One of the most crucial and
defining contests in my career was “Miss Moldova”. My lifetime dream was to win it, and when I
finally won the title I felt like the luckiest woman on
the Planet. The title for Miss Moldova also came with
the invitation to attend "Miss World"; sadly
I was unable to attend the show
for personal circumstances. Also, I was named
''Miss Style'' as a secondary title at that
contest.
I was invited
to shoot a music video for the golden voice of
Romania Marcel Pavel for his song
“Unde Esti” and the
song became a hit.
My first international contest was
when I represented Moldova at “Top Model
International Ukraine” and won the little
silver crown as the 2nd runner up. It was a
very unique experience, because there were 40 countries
participating in the contest.
And finally my last but not the
least contest was “Miss Pro Fm Romania”.
After I won the title I was proposed a working contract
for Romanian Television Station “Neptun” and
I also won a fabulous trip to Greece.
Modeling has not been just a hobby
for me over the years, it was a true carrier. I
like my job and I always do it with devotion and
charisma.
